We always recommend that you measure you pup's neck to be sure of the size you are ordering. If your pup is in between size, we suggest that you size up !

Tip : You can roll the top of the bandana to make it fit to your liking. 

We know your furry friend will get his/her bandana dirty. That's why we recommend handwhashing with warm water and soap to get the best results and prevent any defect.

Tip : If it's one area that you're trying to clean up, the toothbrush will be your best friend with the combo : Warm water + soap. 

 

As you know, you are buying from a small shop where everything is handmade. Which means that every bandana/accessoiries are made to order. Allow us some grace and understand that the average time will be between 1 to 3 weeks from ordering to shipping. We are currently working really hard to cut that time in half.  

We do not accept returns due to the fact that our items are handmade based on your specific needs ! Refer to the sizing chart under “Size Guide” to prevent mistakes.

We may exchange your item if you receive damaged products. Please email us (barthandbarks@gmail.com) with photos and a detailed explanation. If you accept the exchange, know that the cost of shipping to send it back to us will be your responsibility.
